The agreement between you and us. Last reviewed August 2026.
You are buying access to a line: credentials that let a set number of screens play the channels and on-demand content in our line-up, for the term you paid for. You are not buying hardware, ownership of any content, or a guarantee that a particular channel will exist forever.
A connection is one screen playing at one moment. Your plan states how many you have. Installing the credentials on additional devices is fine; exceeding the simultaneous limit is not, and repeated attempts to do so will fail at the login rather than degrade everyone's picture.
Sharing credentials outside your household is a breach of this agreement. Where a line is being used in a way that is clearly commercial resale, we will suspend it without a refund.
Terms are paid once, in advance, in United States dollars. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is retained. When a term ends, the line stops until a new term is bought.
We aim for continuous service and measure well above 99% in practice, but no internet-delivered service is immune to upstream outages, and channel line-ups change when broadcasters change their distribution. A specific channel disappearing is not in itself grounds for a refund outside the window described on the refund page.
Do not attempt to record, redistribute, rebroadcast or resell the streams. Do not use the service to break the law where you live. Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the infrastructure. Any of these ends the subscription immediately and without refund.
We may suspend a line for breach of these terms, for a chargeback raised against a paid order, or where activity strongly indicates the credentials were obtained fraudulently. Where suspension turns out to be our error, the term is extended by the time lost.
The service is provided as it is. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for consequential loss, and nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
These terms may be revised. The current version always lives at this address with its review date shown, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance. Questions about any of it go to help@lemotv.online.
