There is nothing to install on a computer, nothing to post and no engineer. Every route below ends the same way: three values from your welcome email, typed into a player once.

Any application supporting the Xtream Codes API. Your welcome email names one that suits the device you told us about, but the line is not tied to a particular app.

Install a player from the Amazon store or by sideloading, open it, choose the Xtream Codes option and paste the three values from your welcome email. Use the HDMI extender that came in the box if the stick sits behind the television — the metal chassis costs you signal.
Any of the mainstream players from Google Play will take the line. Android boxes benefit most from ethernet; if that is not possible, force 5 GHz rather than letting the box choose a band for itself.
Install a player from the App Store, add the line under the Xtream Codes option and let it pull the guide. AirPlay to an Apple TV works, though a dedicated player on the TV itself gives a steadier picture.
Both platforms have native players in their own stores. They also suspend background applications aggressively, so if the list looks stale after a few days, sign out and back in rather than reinstalling.
A desktop player, or VLC pointed at the line, works on either. This is also the fastest way to diagnose a problem: if a computer on the same network plays cleanly, the fault is the living-room device.
Enter the portal address in the box settings rather than in an app. MAG hardware is fussier about the exact URL than anything else on this list, so copy it rather than retyping.
Roughly 10 Mbps carries HD comfortably and 25 Mbps carries 4K. Almost nobody fails on raw speed. What people fail on is a shared 2.4 GHz band at nine in the evening, with a streaming stick sitting behind a television at the far end of the house.
If a picture breaks up, try ethernet before you try anything else. If ethernet is impossible, force the device onto 5 GHz and move the router or the stick so there is line of sight between them. The status page has the full checklist for separating a local problem from an upstream one.
