What is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. Last reviewed August 2026.
Three things, and no more than three. Your name and email address, because a subscription has to be issued to somebody and delivered somewhere. A phone number, only if you chose to give one so that we could reach you on WhatsApp instead. And ordinary server logs: an IP address, a timestamp, and which pages were requested.
We do not ask for a date of birth, an address, an occupation or anything else that has no bearing on delivering a television service. If a field is not on the form, we are not holding it.
Card numbers never reach our servers. Payment is handled by the processor, which returns a transaction reference and nothing more. We can see that an order was paid; we cannot see the instrument that paid it, and neither can anyone who compromised us.
To create and support your line, to answer you when you write in, and to keep a record of what was sold for accounting purposes. That is the complete list. Your address is not sold, rented, traded or shared with a marketing partner, because we do not have marketing partners.
Account and order records are kept while the subscription is live and for a period afterwards that satisfies tax and accounting obligations in the jurisdiction we operate from. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window and then discarded. Trial records are removed once the trial has expired and any follow-up correspondence has closed.
The site uses a small number of functional cookies so that the live chat widget can maintain a conversation across page loads, and basic aggregate analytics so we can see which pages are read. There is no cross-site advertising network on this domain and no behavioural profile is built.
A copy of everything held about you, a correction, or complete deletion. Write to help@lemotv.online from the address the subscription is registered to and it will be dealt with. Deletion ends the subscription, because a line cannot be supported without a record of who it belongs to.
If this notice changes materially, the revised version is published here with the review date updated. Continued use of the service after that point is taken as acceptance of the current version.
