1. 24-Hour Free Trial
Lemo TV offers a free 24-hour trial so that you can evaluate the quality and features of our IPTV service before purchasing a subscription. The free trial gives you full access to all channels and features at no cost and requires no credit card information. We strongly encourage all new customers to take advantage of the 24-hour free trial before making a purchase decision.
2. General Refund Policy
Because Lemo TV provides a free 24-hour trial that allows you to fully evaluate the service before purchasing, all subscription purchases are considered final. Once a payment is processed and your subscription is activated, Lemo TV generally does not issue refunds. We believe the free trial provides sufficient opportunity to determine whether Lemo TV meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Service Activation Failure: If your subscription was paid for but never activated due to an error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
- Extended Service Outage: If Lemo TV experiences a continuous service outage lasting more than 72 hours that affects your account, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or partial refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used during registration
- The subscription plan you purchased
- Your payment confirmation or transaction ID
- A description of the issue you experienced

5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact Lemo TV support before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving any payment disputes through our support channel.
