5. Response Process

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a DMCA takedown notice was filed in error against content you uploaded or provided, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the information required under the DMCA, including a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

7. Repeat Infringers

Lemo TV maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
